NOMAD offers high-quality products and services supported by our 100% satisfaction-guarantee policy.
If you are not satisfied with NOMAD’s products within a 30-day period from the delivery date, please contact us to get our Product Return Authorization Number allowing you to send us back the unsatisfying merchandize. No return will be accepted without our Product Return Authorization Number.

All purchased accessories, sheets, face cradle covers are non-refundable and are not covered by our 30-Day Money Reimbursement Guarantee.
Products that have been used can only be exchanged for a same item if defective.
Any product return authorization given after our 30-Day Exchange or Money Reimbursement Guarantee is at NOMAD’s discretion.
All shipping costs are not refundable and are at the expense and risk of the Buyer who should carefully repackage returned products to NOMAD, not to be damaged in the process.
3 Easy Steps To Return Merchandize to NOMAD:
- Repackage all returned merchandize in original NOMAD packaging material or use similar packaging material.
- Make a copy of your invoice and insert document into the returned box.
- Please resend returned merchandize through a responsible shipping company and insure it. Keep your Tracking Number until all refund procedures have been completed.

Insuring Returned Merchandize
Having your returned merchandize insured guarantees that the resent merchandize is fully covered against loss, theft or damage. Your Insurance Tracking Number is needed to confirm that your returned merchandize has been received at our NOMAD headquarters.
We are not responsible for returned merchandize that in not insured. Keep copies of all paperwork and documents until full credit or replacement of product has occurred.
Upon resending returned merchandize to NOMAD, your are the responsible party for any shipment and insurance cost.
An average of seven (7) workdays is required after having received any returned merchandize to refund your account.
Nomad reserves the right to charge a 20% handling fee on all returned products.
